BEZ Engineering was established in 2000 as a family-owned business with a focus on keeping it local.

BEZ was initially opened to service the Oil and Gas, Mining, and Marine sectors, and everything in between, in the Pilbara Region. For the first couple of years the business operated from the original family’s home shed before moving into a shed in the Karratha LIA. In 2005, it relocated to a purpose-built facility where it still operates today.
The business has gone from strength-to-strength over the years to grow into the successful enterprise it is today. In 2023, new directors entered the business, continuing the company’s trajectory of growth and innovation. BEZ Engineering has always operated with the famous Henry Ford saying in mind, establishing the business as a leader in delivering quality products for fabrication, machining, design and engineering, coded welding, and mechanical repairs, backed by comprehensive quality assurance processes, in the Pilbara.

Each year we take on 3 apprentices in order to keep up with Karratha’s growing economic demand. We love to provide Karratha students the opportunity to begin a rewarding career and earn a generous wage, while gaining valuable experience in their own backyard.
